By purchasing merchandise from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions. 

Made-to-Order:

Most of our items are made-to-order as we do our part to be a sustainable, low waste company. Since these items are made especially for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are final sale. Please refer to the measurement chart for more information on sizing. 

Ready-to-ship Clothing:

Our ready-to-ship clothing is returnable and exchangeable with the same product within 24 hours of receipt. "Ready to Ship" means any items that are in stock and shipped immediately from our office. All the products available in any collection except for the Bridal collection are ready-to-ship items. 

Returning/Exchanging Ready-to-ship merchandise:

  • For any such returns please contact our support team within 24 hours of receipt with reasons for your return/exchange at info@banudesigns.com
  • Your purchase should be delivered back to B Anu Designs office within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • If you fail to send the item within 24 hours once the return is confirmed, we cannot accept the item back.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, with the original tags and security tags attached.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable and while returning an item, the shipping fee is compensated by the customers.
  • We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit. 
  • We reserve the right to reject any items which do not follow these guidelines.

If there’s an issue with sizing, all B Anu Designs clothing comes with a margin of about 4 inches to let you loosen/tighten if needed. We have options for our customers to choose any size they want from X small to X Large. You can contact us for advanced customization options.

After our quality checks on receipt of the returned/exchanged item, we will be processing a refund or shipping the exchange product. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

Accessories:

Accessories sales are FINAL for items like shawls, jewelry, and masks and are completely non-refundable. 

Most of the jewelry is customized according to your needs on special requirements. You can get the same done on our made-to-order page.

No refund or exchange will be provided after the sale has been completed.
Customers won’t get services like alterations, re-stitching, or finishing touches for these products.

Restocking Fee

The restocking fee is applicable on all returns and orders canceled after shipment even if they weren't received or rejected at delivery. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $100, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
